Return Policy
| We hope you will be pleased with your doll. If for any reason you are not happy, please let us know. Here at Let's Play Dolls, we want happy customers! Your purchase is returnable within five (5) days of receipt, if you are not satisfied. In order to assure a refund, you must notify us immediately of your intent to return the item. The item must be repacked properly, as to prevent damage during shipping. The item must be insured for the full selling price, and returned in the same condition as when sent. If the above conditions are met, your refund or credit will be issued promptly, upon receipt of the item. Excessive and/or unreasonable returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee with a minimum charge of $15.00. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items that have been on layaway for over 30 days are not returnable. IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, please contact us immediately for instructions. Save the shipping box and all contents, including all packing materials. DO NOT return the item to us, as this will invalidate the insurance. Thank you for your cooperation! |
